The Pain Forecast
A "national weather service for cycling suffering." Feed it your gearing, weight and FTP and it forecasts any climb — the watts the gradient demands, the warning level you're riding into, and exactly where you'll crack. Built with Next.js + TypeScript and a client-side physics engine.

After using Claude end-to-end on Hanko: Coffee Passport, I realized Codex is the sharper tool for UI/UX, state management, and PO review. A small shift in workflow, but a meaningful one.
